These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v12ong ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the v12ong website located at https://v12ong.cam and all associated services, games, products, and features made available thereon.

3.2 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Verification

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. v12ong will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

You agree to notify v12ong immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of security. v12ong may, at its sole discretion, suspend an Account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided to v12ong in connection with your Account is accurate and kept current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. v12ong reserves the right to close any Account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation where false information is discovered.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Where v12ong identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, associated by common payment method, device, IP address, or residential address, all associated accounts may be closed, and any accumulated winnings may be voided. Deposits made to duplicate accounts will be returned less any bonuses claimed.

5.1 Deposits

v12ong accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC, USDT, and ETH. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposited funds must be sourced from payment accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. v12ong reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or unmatched payment sources.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification, (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, (c) the Account being in good standing with no outstanding disputes, and (d) the withdrawal amount not exceeding applicable daily or monthly limits. v12ong targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 3–5 minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on payment provider systems.

Withdrawal requests via FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) may take 1–4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. v12ong does not impose fees on standard withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and promotional amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion is applied to MYR transactions. Where a player elects to deposit via cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction will be credited to the Account at the exchange rate applied by v12ong at that time.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by v12ong are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published at the time of the offer and supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount) will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. Bonus Funds and their associated winnings will remain in a separate, non-withdrawable balance until wagering requirements are fully met.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

7.1 Finality of Results

All game and betting outcomes are final once a round is completed, a bet is settled, or a transaction is confirmed. v12ong will not reverse settled bets or game results except in cases of demonstrable technical error, in which case the Company will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, communications failure, or any other error that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or balance information, v12ong reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Wins resulting from clear technical errors — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, software bugs, or connectivity faults — will be considered void regardless of whether they have been credited to an Account.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the v12ong platform and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. v12ong reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v12ong platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen payment instruments, identity theft, or chargeback fraud;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability for financial gain;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing v12ong staff or other users.

v12ong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where the Company determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom shall be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the original payment method, subject to any deductions for outstanding charges.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting v12ong customer support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

All content on the v12ong platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of v12ong or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform constitutes the exclusive property of v12ong.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works from, public display, or any other commercial exploitation of any Platform content without v12ong's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12ong, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

v12ong's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit v12ong's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
